December is finally here, which means...it's Christmas time!

November has been quite dull, all rainy and cold. I think I spent most of my time in my bed (first because I was sick) watching TV shows or reading with a cup of tea. But no need of these details, let's see what were the products I have been loving to warm up this month ;)

Chanel Glossimer lipgloss in Giggle #46

This shade, between mauve and pink-brown, just screams Fall (don't trust the visual, the real color is less bright and more "dusty"). When you apply, it does show quite sheer though so don't be afraid of the color. It is just gorgeous and the quality of the gloss itself is quite impressive. It is a bit thick but the texture last quite long (for a gloss). I paired it with a Chanel lipliner that I will comment below.

Chanel lip pencil in Natural #34

I have had this lipliner for a while now. The brown-pink color compliment perfectly my lips and can be used with many other colors. It lasts very long and it comes with a brush at the end of the pencil, which is very convenient. This is one of my personal and all-time favorite actually, but I have been reaching for it more often this month.

Lush Eyes Right mascara

I reviewed this mascara in a previous post. I did not expect to love a mascara from Lush honestly. My eyes are very sensitive which makes it hard when you want to wear make up without risking red eyes. For more informations, check my post about it.
Bourjois Rouge Edition in Rose Tweed #04

I bought this lipstick at the beginning of the month because I was curious to try something new and an inexpensive brand. I was pleasantly surprised by this lipstick and I adore the color which is perfect for the season. I have been wearing this a lot at work too because the color is very elegant and nicely enhance my lips. The texture is creamy and smooth, however it does not wear as long as I hoped though.

Yves Saint-Laurent Rouge Pur Couture The Mats in Grenat Satisfaction #206

When the weather gets colder, it is usually tim for deep dark colors. YSL is in my opinion the master of lipstick and their The Mats collection is amazing! I own a bright strawberry red that I absolutely love so I decided to get another one much darker. Grenat Satisfaction is a dark and rich burgundy color with brown undertone. The finish is matte, yet very luminous and last for hours. I wore it during a dinner and my friends were shocked that after eating and drinking, the color did not move. At all. If you want to invest in ONE lipstick this season, this would be my number one choice.

A-Derma Epitheliale A.H.

This cream saved me. After my allergy crisis, my skin, especially around my eye area was really damaged and dry. I used this cream to soothe and repair my skin, and honestly, this did the job perfectly. I still use it as a night cream.

Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer in #213 In the Nude

Two months ago, I made a post about looking fresh on a Monday morning and I featured a beige eye pencil from Chanel. Although I usually love Chanel makeup, I am afraid I have found better. This pencil from Rimmel is creamier, last longer and cost maybe a tenth of the Chanel.

Inglot pure pigment in #65

So my last article was about Inglot and their products. Since I got this pigment I have been using it in every eye makeup look I made. This is a shimmery cool-toned brown that beautifully enhance the eyes. You can work it to create a subtil veil of color to a more opaque and dramatic look. Use it wet, and the color will get more metallic. Since the pigment is pure, it will last much longer than classic eyeshadows. I can't wait to get more colors!!

Chanel cream blush in Chamade #67

My dear friend Zeina got me this blush while going to Paris. I wanted to get it for weeks and she made me this great gift :) Chanel powder blush already have a good reputation but honestly the cream version are even more impressive. The good thing with cream texture is that they are very easy to work and blend, so even if you get too clumsy you can always blend it away and get a good result. The color is a bright hot pink, creating a healthy and natural flush, the kind of look you get after a good walk or being in love... :)

Diptyque candle in Musc (Musk)

The Chanel of candles is a brand called Diptyque. The French company has a real savoir-faire and create the most amazing scent. Musk is used as a base note in perfumery and is one of my favorite for its warmth and sensuality. This candle creates a sweet and sexy atmosphere, especially at night...

Kusmi Tea Prince Vladimir

Tea is my tradition. I used to have tea in Paris almost every Sunday when I was younger. I don't personally drink coffee, tea is my daily drug and I drink two to three cups a day, black, green or white. Prince Vladimir is a blend of black tea with citrus, vanilla and spices, the perfect drink for cold and rainy days.

Bath and Body Works candle in Moonlight Path

Although Diptyque candle are my favorite, I wanted to try Bath and Body Works. I bought this huge candle because of its very particular scent. I have trouble describing it but I can say that it feels sweet and comforting. I have been using it during my bath time to create a relaxing atmosphere.

OPI in Samoan Sand

I did not want to get it or like it. I have had enough of nude colors but I fell in love when I saw and tried it. Picking a nude color, whether it is a lipstick or a nail polish is very personnal. There is no one perfect nude that will suit everybody. Some people need more pinkish color while others needs beige. This shade is perfect for olive and yellow-toned people.

Dior Diorliss Abricot #500 in Pink Petal

This polish is another one of my all time favorites that I have been reaching more during this month. At the end of the month, all my nails broke off. In this case I hate wearing color so I grabbed by favorite polish. This makes your nails look clean and classy, but also treat them. Perfection in a bottle.

China Glaze in Seduce Me

I featured this color in my 5 favorites colors for Fall. No need to introduce the brand, it is quite a classic. The color is such a flattering and elegant deep red with purple undertone. GORGEOUS.
